Soap actor Dylan Patton was recently charged with selling cocaine.

Patton, whose TV credits include Days of Our Lives and an episode of That’s So Raven, was allegedly selling the drug out of his home in Agoura Hills. He was later arrested for the crime.

Authorities told TMZ that an undercover officer caught Patton in the act not too long ago. He was taken into custody on Tuesday (May 14) for peddling the substance. The soap actor was later charged with felony possession of cocaine with the intent to sell.

Although it’s being reported that Sheriff’s deputies found the illegal substance inside his residence, it’s unclear just how much they confiscated during the search.

A spokeswoman for Los Angeles County prosecutors said Dylan Patton was charged with the crime on Thursday. He is reportedly still in jail as of this writing. The actor’s bail was set at $30,000.

If the soap actor is convicted of selling cocaine out of his home, then he could face up to nine years in prison. It’s currently unknown if he has managed to obtain legal representation.

Dylan Patton is best known for his portrayal of Will Horton on the soap opera Days of Our Lives. The actor appeared on the long-running daytime drama from February of 2009 until January of 2010. During his time on the show, Patton worked on nearly 100 episodes.

Prior to landing the role on Days of Our Lives, Patton appeared in a number of low-budget motion pictures. The actor’s credits include director Lorraine Senna’s Paradise, Texas, the family drama Sheeba with Edward Asner, and the 2009 action thriller First Strike.

Two years after his appearance on That’s So Raven, Patton landed a one-off role in the crime drama Cold Case. He would find his way onto Days of Our Lives two years later.

Actor Dean Cain, who played Superman in Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, owes close to $200,000 in unpaid taxes.

TMZ has reported that the thespian has been hit with two tax liens for unpaid taxes, which total $193,719 for the years of 2011 and 2012.  The irony of this is that it comes around the same date as the 75th anniversary of Superman’s original comic book release.

The 46-year-old starred as Clark Kent and Superman between 1993 -1997, alongside Teri Hatcher who portrayed Lois Lane. Hatcher has since made a name for herself in television’s Desperate Housewives, whilst Cain has struggled to reach the heights of his Superman days, only appearing in small roles. This included an appearance in Smallville, the series which chronicled the early years of Clark Kent and Superman.

Cain once remarked, “I guess the favorite character I’ve ever played was in Lois and Clark. I think playing Clark Kent was my favourite role, because it was the biggest role, and it was a very personal role in that sense.”

Cain has since been replaced in the role by Tom Welling in the aforementioned Smallville, Brandon Routh in Bryan Singer’s Superman Returns, and Henry Cavill in the forthcoming Man Of Steel.

The IRS has also asked NFL player, Terrell Owens, for around $430,000. The fired wide receiver claims that he owes major income tax dollars for the years 2005, 2007 and 2009, all of which combines to $438,913.52.

Previously Owens signed a contract for close to $50 million for the Philadelphia Eagles, and he also played for the Buffalo Bills and Dallas Cowboys.

Recent tax incomes have also revealed that President Barack Obama and his first lady, Michelle Obama, had an adjusted gross income of $608,611, and they paid $103,214 in taxes. Meanwhile Vice President Joe Biden and his wife Dr. Jill Biden brought in $385,072 over the last year.

Amanda Bynes admitted on Twitter that she no longer speaks to her parents and warned fans to not believe anything that is being said about her unless she tweets it herself.

The 27-year-old has recently been making headlines for her increasingly bizarre behavior, from her tweets about Drake and what she wanted him to do to her lady parts to being spotted with a “suspicious” cigarette on the streets of New York City.

The actress’s comments that she is no longer speaking to her parents come after Lynn and Rick Bynes said they were “very worried” about comments Kim Kardashian made about their daughter’s appearance. Kardashian went on Chelsea Lately earlier this week and said she was “obsessed” with Bynes and praising her “makeover.”

In addition to saying she no longer speaks to her parents, Bynes also admitted that her friends don’t speak on her behalf either. She asked people not to believe any reports that she needs help and tells them to instead follow her on Twitter, which she used to warn media outlets that she planned to sue them for continuing to write stories about her “erratic behavior.” She includes Perez Hilton, Us Weekly, and In Touch and says she is suing them for hiring paparazzi to follow her and take pictures at the worst angles.

This isn’t the first time she has threatened to sue those websites. She made the same threat toward the end of March after Us Weekly ran a story about her pretending to be a ghost as she walked through Times Square and Perez Hilton questioned her mental stability.

The actress also exchanged tweets with MSN’s WonderWall and E! Online Wednesday asking them to use better pictures of her and say she’s “walking around for exercise because that and tweeting is all you’ll ever catch me doing.” She then tells E! Online that she is suing them for all the “lies” they have written about her over the years.

Bynes then directly took on Perez Hilton, writing that she is tired of him saying he is worried about her but continuing to use unflattering photos of her. You can see those tweets and some of her other recent tweets below.

Quentin Tarantino’s controversial western Django Unchained was pulled from theaters in China.

Sony Pictures was quite shocked to learn that the director’s acclaimed Civil War-era movie had been yanked from cinemas on Thursday. A studio spokesman said the decision to remove the film from theaters caught everyone completely by surprise.

“We regret that ‘Django Unchained’ has been removed from theaters and are working with the Chinese authorities to determine whether the film can be rescheduled,” Sony Pictures’ Steve Elzer explained to Deadline.

Although the film was approved by officials in China prior to its release in cinemas, insiders close to the situation said Django Unchained was yanked due to nudity. The official statement claims the screenings were canceled due to “technical reasons.”

Slight changes were made to the film in order to make it past Chinese censors. The color of blood in certain scenes was darkened while other sequences were altered to cut down on the amount of graphic violence. A Sony representative previously suggested Quentin Tarantino helped out with the changes.

“What we call bloodshed and violence is just a means of serving the purpose of the film, and these slight adjustments will not affect the basic quality of the film — such as tuning the blood to a darker color, or lowering the height of the splatter of blood,” Sony Pictures’ Zhang Miao stated.

Beichen Fortune Center movie theater general manager Tian Zaixing told The Associated Press that he couldn’t recall a time when a movie had been pulled from theaters after it began screening for audiences.

“We were excited about the film yesterday. We had had high expectations for this film’s box office. This means we might not be able to meet our box-office goal for the year,” he explained.

Tian added that he is currently looking for other films to fill the void left by the bloody western. He also explained that censors should have caught the problem prior to releasing the film into cinemas.

Many Hollywood studios have attempted to appease Chinese censors by altering movies before they are released in the country. Cloud Atlas and Skyfall were both edited prior to hitting theaters.

It’s currently unclear when Django Unchained will return to theaters in China. Both the State Administration of Radio Film and Television and Sony Pictures’ Chinese offices have yet to comment on the situation as of this writing.

The Hunger Games star Liam Hemsworth and songbird fianceé Miley Cyrus may have had some troubles recently, but don’t assume he’s just a jerk who let fame go to his head. According to Spanish model Elsa Pataky, who is married to his brother Chris, both men — and their brother Luke — “really know how to take care of women. Their mom did a great job with them.”

Heh. Come to think of it, that comment can have more than one meaning.

Was Liam great with Mad Men star January Jones? A few weeks back, rumors of an affair swirled around the couple, who were allegedly spotted in the back seat of an SUV at the Oscars.

There have even been rumors of an open relationship that included Jones. Well, I think we can all agree that you’d need to be a pretty smooth talker to get away with that one.

At one point, Liam Hemsworth had actually headed back to Australia, where his parents supposedly bought him a $1.6 million bachelor pad. I guess if you’re great with women, then you always know when to give her some space, but some people might call that a tad too much.

When Miley Cyrus appeared in public without her engagement ring, the rumor mill went wild. It certainly seemed logical to assume that the pair had split. Cyrus said that she was getting her ring re-sized and taking a break from social media…a break that didn’t last too terribly long.

According to a Friday report, the ring is now back on her finger. And, of course, she’s been very active indeed on Twitter, where she’s promoting her new single “Ashtrays and Heartbreaks” with the artist formerly known as Snoop Dog.

Whether or not his mom gets the credit — or their blame — Liam Hemsworth is good enough with women to get Miley back. At least for now.

The Soup Nazi, a.k.a. actor Larry Thomas who played the role on the Seinfeld sitcom, got boiling mad when a gun manufacturer put his likeness on a T-shirt protesting New York’s new strict gun law.

Serbu Firearms of Tampa put the Soup Nazi on a shirt with the phrase “No Serbu for You!”  Owner and Second Amendment supporter Mark Serbu says his company stopped selling its semi-automatic sniper rifle to the NYPD because private citizens in the Empire State can no longer purchase it under the New York’s recently enacted Safe Ammunition and Firearms Enforcement Act, a law that is already subject to a legal challenge.

When Thomas got wind of the advertising campaign with his likeness, he wasn’t pleased. “I own the rights to my image as the Soup Nazi. Serbu did not ask my permission, and Facebook won’t take the image down. Not only did they do this without my authorization, but also I am an advocate of gun control. I have seen my face on T-shirts, random objects on eBay in the past, but politically this is the most offensive thing I have seen involving me as the Soup Nazi.”

On Serbu’s Facebook page, Thomas wrote “No you can’t use The Soup Nazi cause it’s me and you haven’t got my permission.”  Judging by the tenor of the postings, Thomas isn’t making any new friends on Serbu’s page.  And when a Facebook fan of Serbu replied that he didn’t think anyone knows who is, Thomas replied that “Well I don’t know who you are but does that mean I’m allowed to make tee shirts out of your face?”

Serbu has dropped the idea of using the Soup Nazi on the T-shirt, however, and the image apparently is no longer available on Facebook. The company is accepting suggestions on its Facebook page for a replacement T-shirt.

The Soup Nazi appeared in a Seinfeld episode that originally aired back in November 1995 and was inspired by a real, very high-strung soup vendor in New York City. Thomas was nominated for an Emmy for his performance. In the Seinfeld episode, the Soup Nazi’s signature catchphrase, “No Soup for You!,” was used on any customer that got on his nerves for any reason.

Mike Tyson and his representatives have been forced to address a hoax that was started by chef Roble Ali.

The Bravo chef issued a series of phony texts after posting a now-infamous picture of the boxer holding two pigeons. The comments were designed to look as though they had been written by Tyson himself. However, his representatives have since squashed these rumors.

“Mike has never heard of this chef nor would he write anything like this,” the rep said of the Mike Tyson hoax.

Roble Ali posted the picture of the boxer with the caption, “Now Kith.” This was done to poke fun at Tyson’s lisp.

The chef followed up this image with a series of texts that appeared to have been written by Mike in response to the photo.

“How you do there Mr. funny man? You think that s*** funny making fun of my speech impediment? You know we always been cool when I see you in Brooklyn right? Well that s*** is over,” one of the phony texts read.

“I don’t know if you’re old enough to remember that game ‘ Mike Tyson’s Punch Out’ but either way I’m gonna f*** you up when I see you like I did that little white boy in the game. You hear me you ostrich looking skinny cheffin’ punk? Laugh now, cry later,” the next message read.

Roble Ali rounded out the Mike Tyson hoax with a message that suggested the pair were actually friends. As convincing as it may appear to some, the boxer apparently had nothing to do with this exchange.

“Alright Roble you know I’m just f*****g with your punk ass right? you was scared as s*** weren’t you? I wouldn’t even put the paws on your frail ass cause if I punched you one time you would shatter like a champagne glass against a brick wall. S*** wouldn’t even be fair. If would be like fighting a girl,” the boxer allegedly wrote.

The phony interaction concluded with a fake post that asked Ali and his friends to visit Mike Tyson in Las Vegas. Tyson also calls the chef a b**** in the message for not picking up the phone and giving him a call.

Lisa Rinna says lip troubles bothered her for 25 years after she got silicon implants in her youth, but still credits the oversized pout for helping to make her career.

Speaking to Hoda Kotb on NBC’s Today Show, Rinna recounted her decision to get lip injections when she was young and “stupid.” She said she had just seen the movie Beaches and went with her girlfriend to get a silicon injection.

Rinna became known for her oversized lips, but said the troubles they caused were wearing down on her as her career went on. Finally, a few years ago, she decided to do something about it.

“So then cut to a couple of years ago, I had a doctor remove as much as they possibly could because it got to a point where they were yucky,” Rinna said. “They get hard! I mean it’s gross. So they are now just whatever that was after they took out as much as the silicon as they could.”

This isn’t the first time that Lisa Rinna has opened up about her plastic surgery mishaps. Back in 2008, she admitted that her obsession with artificial enhancements had gone a little too far.

“I saw a picture of myself and thought, ‘Uh-oh,’ ” she said after getting too much Juvederm. “You have to be careful. I’m a perfect example of that!”

But lip troubles or not, Rinna has always been able to poke fun at herself. This summer she and husband Harry Hamlin appeared in a commercial for Depends new “Silhouette For Women” brand of adult diapers. In the ad the couple walked down a red carpet holding a box of Depends diapers, with the line of the diaper showing from beneath Lisa’s dress.

Rinna said despite the lip troubles, she would probably get the injections again if she could. As the actress noted, she had no career before she got the lips done, “so my lips have had their own career!”

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow has opened up for the first time about the tragic miscarriage that claimed the life of her third child, and almost claimed hers, too.

The 40-year-old confessed that she has longed to have another child, although she is still “missing” the baby she lost.

“My children ask me to have a baby all the time,” the mom to Apple and Moses told You Magazine. “And you never know, I could squeeze one more in. I am missing my third. I’m thinking about it.”

Paltrow added, “But I had a really bad experience when I was pregnant with my third. It didn’t work out and I nearly died. So I am like, ‘Are we good here or should we go back and try again?’”

Paltrow also admitted to feeling a twinge to have another baby when she sees friend and new parents Jay-Z and Beyonce with their daughter, Blue Ivy. Mrs. Carter recently talked about her own miscarriage in her HBO documentary Life Is But A Dream. 

“Their baby Blue Ivy is totally delish,” she said. “She’s made me very broody.”

Paltrow didn’t say when she suffered the miscarriage, but she did praise her husband — Coldplay frontman Chris Martin — for being the best father possible for their children.

“Regardless of what happens in our marriage, I chose the best husband,” she said.

“[Chris] is so good to the children and to know that you had kids with such a good man is a real weight off you,” she added. “We are committed co-parents,  we make all the decisions together and lean on each other for support.”

Paltrow’s last pregnancy wasn’t particularly easy for the Academy Award and Golden Globe Award winning actress either.

“I couldn’t connect with my son the way that I had with my daughter and I couldn’t understand why. I couldn’t connect to anyone. I felt like a zombie,” the Iron Man star said. ”I felt very detached. I just didn’t know what was wrong with me. I couldn’t figure it out. It never occurred to me.”

It wasn’t until Martin said something that Paltrow realized she was suffering from postpartum depression.

“Something’s wrong. I think you have postnatal depression,” Martin told his wife.

Now, however, Paltrow said she embraces the relationship she has with her son, which includes spending hours laying out Lego pieces for her “kind and cuddly” Moses.

Game of Thrones has a new season three trailer that focuses on the different wars that are about to erupt this year. The fantasy adventure series has certainly not been shy about releasing trailers to show off what the season holds. As the launch date for this season draws closer HBO is working overtime to wet everyone’s appetite.

The new trailer doesn’t have a ton of new footage in it but the video which is titled “War” does show off the coming battles that the kingdoms will have to endure. The video opens with Daenerys Targaryen talking about how “the man who fights for gold can’t afford to lose to a girl.”

That is followed up by talking about Robb Stark talking about how he simply wants to fight for the side that fights for the living. And then a voice to someone off screen announces that he wants both Joffrey and Robb dead.

Despite being just 30 seconds, the clip does a pretty good job of showing the mess that a kingdom once under a fairly peaceful rule has become.

Game of Thrones fans are going to get a couple of treats when season three begins. Producers announced earlier this year that there will be several episodes that are longer. There is quite a bit of story to tell here and while there were a lot of 52 minute episodes last year, there are going to be quite a few 56 or 57 minute episodes.

Some people might think that you can’t do a whole lot with four or five minutes, but add those episodes up and you could be talking about 20 or more minutes of programming. That can help swing the story arc one way or another.
